Criminal Minds is something of a guilty pleasure for me. It's kind of over the top sometimes. I watched the Supernatural episode Long Distance Call but although I didn't really think it was that great an episode, it did feature a few Things That Scare The Crap Out Of Me.

My brother is terrified of clowns, inanimate objects coming to life (particularly vegetables and statues :) etc and so on. I have my own traumas :D
